Community Overview

Bauerle Ranch is a master planned community built by one of Americas top builders which started building homes here in 2002. Our company sold the second home closed in the neighborhood and have been continuing to sell them since. Since Bauerle Ranch’s start in 2002 over 385 homes have been built. The neighborhood when built out will have approximately 550 homes. The attraction to this neighborhood is the convenient location right off of Slaughter Ln. just minutes from Mopac and IH-35 as well as being just 15-20 minutes to downtown and the airport and approx. 30-35 min. to San Marcos and Texas State University located there.

Aside from the excellent location this community also boasts over 300 acres of dedicated City of Austin parkland that is currently undeveloped and gives a great sense of privacy and being close to nature yet also very close to all the conveniences we have come to enjoy. The Shady Hollow Village Shopping Center is just a few miles away and has some Austin favorite dining spots such as: Maudie’s Tex -Mex food, Brick Oven Italian Food and Satellite Café which is a mixture of American fare. They also have some of the basic favorites such as Subway, Whataburger, Baskin Robins and Sonic. Randall’s is the closest grocery store in the Shady Hollow Village shopping center but just a few more miles west on Slaughter you have the just built H-E-B along with many new shops and restaurants in the brand new Escarpment Village.  For more on specific shopping and restaurants visit the Restaurants and Shopping link.
